Zaldy Saslika
Co-founder & Partner
Zaldy Saslika is a founding partner of B&S, bringing nearly a decade of legal practice to the table. He began his career at an international law firm and later joined a prominent corporate law firm before serving as a Senior Litigation Counsel at one of Indonesia’s largest multinational conglomerates.
BIOGRAPHY
Throughout his career, Zaldy has specialized in litigation, dispute resolution, and criminal investigations, and he is well-versed in the operations of holding companies and their subsidiaries, as well as publicly listed companies.
Zaldy holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Trisakti University, where he actively participated in student organizations and held the position of President of the Faculty of Law’s Student Parliament, the faculty’s highest student body.
He is a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and has participated in programs with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Indonesian Arbitration Institute (IArBI), demonstrating his passion and expertise in the arbitration field.
- Counsel for one of Singapore’s largest shipping companies in a criminal investigation related to vessel embezzlement.
- Advised and assisted a prominent financing company in a claim against a state-owned bank concerning the embezzlement of deposit funds.
- Counsel in various disputes (criminal, civil, and bankruptcy) related to a life insurance company’s default on premium disbursements.
- Led the internal investigation and subsequent criminal proceedings regarding spare parts embezzlement at a truck distributor company.
- Counsel for an Indonesian conglomerate as a debtor in the Postponement of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) proceedings before the Commercial Court.
- Assisted and advised a global automotive manufacturer in relation to an allegation of environmental crime.
- Advised a publicly listed plantation company in a corruption investigation by the Indonesian High Prosecutor’s Office concerning overlapping plantation areas.
- Advised and assisted a leading mining services company in a corruption case concerning diesel fuel purchase transactions with a state-owned enterprise.
- Represented an international five-star hotel in a criminal investigation regarding alleged Digital-Out-Of-Home (DOOH) copyright infringement.
- Advised and assisted Indonesia’s largest classified advertisement company in a KPPU investigation involving allegations of unfair business practices.
