Renowned for his unwavering integrity and professional excellence, Mr. Pratidina has established himself as one of Indonesia’s most trusted legal practitioners since founding Sidartha Pratidina & Partners Law Firm in 2002. His extensive client portfolio includes multinational corporations, foreign investors, state-owned enterprises, the Central Bank of Indonesia, the Monetary Services Authority, and district governments throughout Indonesia. As a pioneer in public-private partnership structuring, he was among the first legal practitioners in Indonesia to develop comprehensive PPP frameworks, successfully advising on landmark water infrastructure and renewable energy projects while facilitating numerous cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives.
His academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of Indonesia (2003) and a Bachelor of Laws in Public International Law from Padjadjaran University (1986).
